Instructors can use Appointment Groups to display multiple time slots for students to sign up for such as office hours or presentation slots.
Create name and location
 Type the name of the appointment into the Name field. Â  Type the location of the Appointment into the Location field. Â
Set appointment time range
Note: The appointment date, time range, and appointment slots cannot be modified once the appointment group is saved. However, additional dates, time ranges, and appointment slots can be added to the original appointment group.
- Set the date by typing in the date into the Date field or by clicking the Calendar icon.
- Set the time range for the event by typing into the Time Range field
Set appointment options
You can limit how many users can sign up for a time slot by typing the number in the limit users field and clicking the check box. Â
To make the appointment slot public select the Allow students to see who has signed up for time slots check box. Â To limit users to a specific amount of appointments in a slot select the Limit participants to attend check box and input the desired amount. Â To have students sign up in groups select the Have students sign up in groups check box.
Select the appointment calendar
Click the calendar drop-down menu to select which course calendar you want to save this appointment to. Â After selecting the calendar, click the Done button.
